Kontogialos beach, is located below the traditional village of Pelekas with the famous sunset.
It is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of Corfu for local people and also for visitors. The great beach with a width of over 30 meters is generally quiet and, because of the shallow waters, ideal for families with children while the turquoise waters are among the cleanest in the Ionian Sea.The beach is highly organised with a profusion of sun beds, funky beach bars and restaurants.

The beach was awarded with Blue flag.
Kontogialos beach is 15 minutes driving from Horizon Apartments Corfu.
